How does Movio Metrics use data?

Movio Metrics provides users with access to analysis and visualizations of data insights (“Visualizations”) that are powered by a third-party application owned and operated by Tableau Software, LLC (or its Affiliate) (“Tableau”). Visualizations are accessed by your users through the Movio Cinema Console for your own internal business purposes. Movio will procure unique login credentials from Tableau for up to 5 users that are designated by you. If you require further log-ins, please contact your Movio Account Manager. Additional log-ins may incur further charges. Movio has the right to permit access to the Tableau software as part of the Movio Cinema Service pursuant to Clause 3.7 of the Tableau EULA. Tableau has no warranty, support or other obligation or liability to you and you must comply with the license restrictions set out in Clause 3.9 of the Tableau EULA in respect of your use of the Tableau software as part of the Movio Cinema Service.
