Create a New Campaign

From any page in your console:

1. Hover over ‘Engage’ in the top menu
2. Click on ‘Campaigns’ under the ‘Engage’ header
   
   

Once on the 'Campaigns' main page, you can either search for an existing campaign, or you can create a new one. 

Search for a campaign

To search for a campaign, simply enter the details of the campaign into the search bar.

Create a new campaign

To create a campaign:

1. Select ‘Create’ in the top right corner.
2. Select the ‘Style’ of campaign you would like to send.
   Loyalty Campaign: campaign that targets your loyalty members on your database.
   List Campaign: used to target members on your Contact List uploads.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the ‘Type’ of campaign you would like to send. Depending on your style of campaign, you will be presented with different types.
   • One-off: a campaign that will run once on a specific date and time
   • Push (only for list campaigns): will automatically run every time new contacts are added to the contact list associated with this campaign.
   • Recurring (only for loyalty campaigns): will run on a predefined frequency basis e.g. every Monday
     
     
     
     
4. Give your campaign a name.
5. Click on the 'Create' button begin creating your campaign.
