About Subscription Categories

This page will display the subscription categories you have available for members to subscribe to.

1. Hover over ‘Engage’ in the top menu
2. Click on ‘Subscription Categories’ under the ‘Configure’ header

Some examples of these can be:

• Loyalty Emails
• Newsletter
• Kids Club
• Special Events

The subscription categories can be seen in Group Builder, Movie Insights, Audience Insights, and are used when creating a campaign.
