About Custom Member Metrics (CMM)

Custom Member Metrics (CMM) allows you to upload custom data about your members into Movio Cinema. This data can then be used within Group Builder (using filters) and within your emails (using markers).

Benefit

By allowing you to associate external information to your loyalty members, CMM gives you even more granularity in segmenting your loyalty database and allows further personalization of your campaigns with markers.

• Upload a list of members and their NPS scores to find those members who are at risk of leaving your loyalty program and send them an offer
• Send a survey invitation link to invite loyalty members to rate their last cinema experience.
