Campaign Reports allow you to review information about campaigns that have been executed.
- To access campaign reports, hover over ‘Engage’ and click on ‘Campaign Reports’
- To find a campaign, you can use a set of filters. After the filters have been selected, you can choose from the list that is returned
- When a campaign is selected, the top of the page will be split into two sections.
The top bar displays:
- Total target and control group
- Reporting period
- An ‘eye’ icon to view the campaign configuration details
- An ‘export’ icon to export the reporting data
The second section displays four tabs with the categories that your campaign report is split into:
- A/B Testing: displays all metrics for your A/B Test when you have undertaken one
- Interaction: includes delivery metrics for your campaign, e.g. open rate, click rate, bounces
- Financial: displays the key financial metrics for your campaign, and showcases the difference between your target and control groups (if used for your campaign)
- Redemptions: displays the list of loyalty codes attached to a campaign and how they are redeemed over time
