Loyalty Points Balance is not available

Situation

When creating a campaign you might want to apply loyalty points to your recipients. In the Loyalty Points Campaign Section, however, the balance type you are looking for doesn't show up in the dropdown menu.

What to do

The different types of point balances available in the dropdown are directly linked to the Vista Loyalty Point balances which are configured with external codes.

If you are looking for a specific points balance that is not available in the dropdown, make sure that the balance type has an external code configured within Vista.
