This is useful information for assessing the performance of your campaign i.e. did you send an email to a large number of disengaged members or deactivated accounts?
Disengagement
Displays the percentage of unsubscribes and spam complaints, measured against the average of your campaigns from the past 12 months. A high unsubscribe or spam complaint percentage needs to be addressed. You can read more about this on our deliverability blog.
Opens and Clicks
- Displays open rate and click rate from the time of campaign execution (first 24 hours and 7 days) and measures the performance against the average of your campaigns from the past 12 months
- Displays unique open rate and unique click rate from campaign execution (first 24 hours and 7 days), and measures the performance against the average of your campaigns from the past 12 months

Platforms and Clients
Displays the different platforms and clients that the campaign was viewed on, and measures this against the average of your campaigns from the past 12 months. When creating your campaigns, remember to optimize them for both mobile and desktop devices.
Top Clicks
- Showcases the links that were included in your email
- Displays the source of the link i.e. Button ‘Buy Tickets’ or ‘Image’ link. If you hover over the ‘image’ text, you’ll see what the image looked like in your email campaign
- Displays the Total Clicks and Unique Clicks for each of the links in a percentage and actuals
- Utilize reporting filters to identify which links performed higher for different audience segments
