Vista Event Queue

The Vista Event Queue facilitates communications between Vista Loyalty and Movio Cinema. This connection between Movio Cinema and Vista Loyalty allows Movio Cinema to synchronize subscriptions, apply loyalty points, and apply recognitions.

It is also useful if a member complains about not receiving an offer. You will then be able to check the Vista Event Queue to see if the loyalty code was sent from Movio Cinema to Vista Loyalty to be applied to that member’s account.

To access Vista Event Queue:

1. Hover over ‘Admin’ in the top menu
2. Click on ‘Vista Event Queue’ under the ‘Manage’ header
