Redeeming promotional vouchers in Serve

Cinema staff can redeem promotional vouchers using the mobile point-of-sale application Serve.

Steps

1. In Serve, start a check or open a customer's existing check.
2. Click the barcode icon and scan the promotional voucher's barcode.
3. Once the voucher is validated, available promotion items are displayed. Select the item you want. A validation message appears when the promotion has been applied successfully.

4. Open the cart to view the applied voucher and redeemed item. Selecting the item shows the applied voucher and savings.

   Tip: Items redeemed using a voucher are indicated by a blue star icon.

5. Click send and stay to save the item to the check.

   Important: Once the voucher item has been saved to the check, the voucher redemption cannot be removed.

6. Complete the order as normal.

If you have any problems scanning or redeeming the vouchers, you may want to go to POS.
