Use the Deal and package analysis dashboard to analyse the performance of concession sales with deals and packages.
There are two tabs to explore on the Deal and package analysis dashboard:
- Item sales
- Package and deals sales
Both tabs can be filtered by Sales Channel and/or Item Class.
Tip! Select any table row or chart area to get a breakdown of specific data sets. To return to a previous view, click on . You can also clear any row selection with .
Item sales tab
View the quantity and value of sales for items and item classes. You can also use this tab to compare the sales performance of items as individual units versus items sold as a part of packages or deals.
Item sales
The left grid contains data relevant to each item class. This includes the following information:
- Quantity of sales for each item class.
- Gross value of sales for each item class.
- Total discounted on these item class sales.
- Percentage of item class units sold in packages.
- Percentage of item class units sold in deals.
Tip! Selecting any row in the left grid will update the chart on the right so it represents items sales within a selected item class. If you then select the row a second time, sale KPIs for individual items appear. Selecting one of these items will update the chart on the right so it only represents sales of that item.
Items sold
The right grid contains a chart representing the quantity of items sold, divided into two groups:
- Items sold as individual units.
- Items sold in packages and deals.
Tip! Selecting any area of the chart will make further details appear about the quantity of items sold within each category. For example, if you select the Individual sales area, the chart will update to show the quantity of items sold within each deal or package. However, if you select the Deals or packages area, the chart will update to show the quantity of each item sold within the selected deal or package.
Package and deal sales tab
View the quantity and value of all packages and deals sold. You can use this tab to compare the popularity of different options for patrons.
The grid contains data relevant to each package and deal sold. This includes the following information:
- The quantity of items sold within each package or deal.
- The value of items sold within each package or deal.
- The total discount value compared to individual sales.
Tip! Expand any row to discover the value for items sold within each deal or package.
