Stock locations

Stock locations are used to track stock movements between different storage areas in your cinemas. You can have multiple stock locations, or just one, if you only need to record your cinema's total stock.

If you set up more than one stock location (for example: Store Room and Counter), you'll need to complete stock transfers to move stock around. You will also need to record stock correctly, including where stock is receipted or wasted, and what location it existed in during stocktakes.

Each workstation is configured with a stock location in Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Workstations and profiles to indicate where concession items sold at a given workstation come from.
