When concessions items are sold out, or are currently unavailable due to restrictions, this will be immediately reflected in your Lumos sales channels.
DE UN VISTAZO
- 'Sold out' label shown in place of an item's price.
- Item modifiers can also be sold out.
- Sold out items displayed at the bottom of item lists.
- Notifications when items sell out mid-order, and items are automatically removed.
Selling limits
Vista allows you to mark items as sold-out immediately, or to limit the number of food or merchandise items that can be sold in a shift, to prevent overselling stock. This is especially useful when a given number of items have been made for the day, such as pieces of cake.
You can also ensure items can only be sold during specific times, such as no alcohol sales after a certain time.
You can do this in various Vista applications, such as POS and Cinema Manager.
Lumos
When items are sold out or unavailable, this will now be reflected in our Lumos sales channels, to prevent items being oversold online before patrons reach the cinema.
Sold-out and unavailable items will be automatically displayed at the bottom of item lists, so they aren't confused with in-stock items, with a 'Sold out' label in place of their price, and a greyed-out background.
When items in an order sell out before the order is complete, or if they become unavailable due to time constraints, we notify the user, and automatically remove the item from their order.
Modifiers to items, such as condiments on burgers or pizzas, will also be shown as sold out.
