Going online at POS

By default, POS workstations operate in online mode.

However, if POS is automatically or manually disconnected from your network, there are two ways you can get back online:

• Automatically: If POS went offline automatically, then it will go back online automatically when the network becomes available.
• Manually: If a POS operator selected the Work offline button to force POS to disconnect from your network, return to online mode by deselecting this button. POS operators can also respond to one of the regular prompts to return online.
