View or edit loyalty member details at Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Members > Members and then select the relevant record.
Member information
There are four types of information recorded against a member record:
- Member
- Club details
- Contact information
- Demographics and preferences
Member section | Description |
Member | Member Name and Login details are entered when a member is added. |
Club details | This information such as Membership number and Member joining date are recorded automatically when the member joins the club. The Card number will also be automatically generated when a card is assigned to the member. This section records the club the member belongs to, the expiry date of the membership and whether the membership is active. |
Contact information | Address, phone and email information is recorded in this section. |
Demographics and preferences | Gender, Birthday, Age and other statistical information is recorded here. Favourite Genres and Preferences can be selected for the member. |
Member data
You can view data stored against an individual member based on their interactions with your cinemas.

Transactions |
Three types of transactions will be recorded against a member:

Member points | The points a member has earned, for each Balance Type, are logged against their membership. |
Recognitions | Once a member has joined, they can start earning recognitions. When a member qualifies for a recognition, it will be recorded against the member. Information related to the recognition will also be recorded, such as expiry date of the recognition and the total available. |
Custom data processing
If your member data needs to be updated according to specific policies of your loyalty program, a custom procedure can run at the time a recognition is used in a transaction or in a scheduled job. Contact your Vista representative to discuss the available options to meet your requirements.
