View the balance of a member's points at details for individual members at Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Members. Under Members, choose a record to view points, points expiry, and member recognitions.
View a member's points balance by choosing a member record and selecting Show Member Points.
Now you can view the type of points (balance type) and the corresponding points belonging to the member. Lifetime earned and lifetime redeemed points are displayed on this screen too.
Member Points Expiry
Check if a member's points are set to expire by choosing a member record and selecting Show Member Points Expiry.
Now you can view the type of points (balance type) next to the corresponding expired and current points belonging to the member.
View a member's recognisitons by choosing a member record and selecting Show Member Recognitions.
Now you can view all the member recognitions that this member has qualified for or been allocated.
The top table displays the type and number of rewards a member has available. This table only includes recognitions that are rewards (as opposed to messages).
The second table displays each recognition the member has had available, with a corresponding status to show if the recognition is available or if it has expired. The Total Points Earned value will either be static and represent the Total Available value in the recognition or it will be updated at the time the recognition is recalculated if there is a custom SQL defined for the accumulate calculation. Redemptions are displayed as well as the next qualifying date when the recognition is scheduled to be recalculated.
