Three types of member transactions are tracked in Loyatly: sales transactions, redemption transactions, and points transactions.
View a member's transactions at Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Members. Under Members, choose a record and then select the relevant transaction type from the available buttons.
Note: After selecting a transaction type, enter the start and end date to search for transactions in the specified date range.
Sales Transactions
These transactions display the individual sales within the single transaction for the date range specified.
Example: Transaction number 6256 has two sales transactions that occurred within this transaction; one adult standard ticket was sold and a booking fee was charged. This is displayed as two separate transactions. Sales Value for the ticket is 11 and the booking fee is 0.99.
Redemption Transactions
These transactions display individually redeemed recognitions. Location, Quantity, and Points Cost are displayed for each redemption transaction for the date range specified.
Example: Transaction number 6260 has 20 points redeemed. There are two redemption transactions that occurred within the transaction: two free popcorns each for a Points Cost of 10. Transaction 5928 shows 1000 points redeemed to get a an expensive free ticket, at a points cost of 1000. Transaction 5923 had a free admit redeemed, this was a points cost of zero.
Points Transactions
The Points Transaction screen displays the points or balance type transactions for the member within the specified date range.
Points transactions occur when a member spends points or earns points that are not automatically processed through sales or redemption transactions (this includes manual adjustments). The transactions in the list are controlled by date parameters, which can be adjusted using the date picker provided.
