Levels distinguish different ranks of memberships within the same club, using some arbitrary measure (for example: points balance). Levels may entitle members to different treatments or rewards, as part of a recognition's rule.
Use member levels to encourage more visits and more spending. For example, if you have a club with two membership levels (standard and VIP), offer more enticing rewards to VIP members who only attain this level by achieving a minimum spend or visit number.
A member level can be applied to one particular club, or it can be applied to all clubs. Some examples of member levels are:
- Standard
- Silver
- Gold
- VIP
Some examples of frequency levels that might determine a member level:
- 0 visits in the last 12 months
- 1-5 visits in last 12 months
- 6-12 visits in last 12 months
- More than 12 visits in last 12 months
You can configure levels so that members automatically move up and down within the membership levels according to member criteria.
Define member levels in Loyalty > Loyalty Admin > Members > Levels.
