In Loyalty Manager, you can issue non-sequential cards in bulk.

Before you begin

• Ensure you have set the system setting UseRandomCardNumbers to Yes.

Steps

1. In Loyalty Manager, go to Members > Card Batches and create a new card batch.
2. Enter a 4-digit prefix for the cards.
3. Enter a range of cards to be generated in the Low Card Number and High Card Number fields.

   The numbers can be a maximum of 7 digits.

   If the number is less than 7 digits, Loyalty will add left padding with zeroes to make it 7 digits.

4. Select Use for Bulk Issue.
5. Click Save Details.
6. Click Create Cards.

   The Add/Modify Bulk Card page is displayed.

   Details from the Card Batch are inserted into the Bulk Card record.

7. (Optional) Modify any details if required.
8. Click Save Details.
9. Click Create Cards.

Cards are created with the 4 digit prefix, a 7 digit serial number, and a 3 digit randomised suffix.
