Activating non-sequential card numbers at POS

Card numbers can be activated at POS.

1. In POS, Press More to expand the POS buttons.
2. Press Loyalty.

   The Swipe Loyalty Card window appears.

   If the Display Loyalty Prompt Before Every Sale setting is selected for the POS terminal, press Manual on the prompt at the beginning of the transaction to access the Swipe Loyalty Card window.

3. Swipe/scan the new Loyalty card. To enter manually, click within the Card number field and enter the Loyalty card details in the Enter Loyalty Card form.
4. Press Activate.
5. Enter the member's Name, Address, and other details as required.
6. Press Enter.
7. Press Exit to return to the Concessions screen.

   The POS operator may continue with a transaction that is loaded on the new member's card.
