Some Loyalty members may have a history of making unpaid bookings but not collecting them. With Loyalty Manager, you can ban these members from creating further unpaid bookings by:
- Setting up a balance type to record uncollected unpaid bookings
- Configuring system settings for unpaid booking bans
If a member can provide a sufficient reason for not collecting an unpaid booking, you can forgive uncollected bookings.
