The Staff skills maintenance form in Head Office and Cinema Manager lets you manage staffing needs and costs for events. It is available for cinemas using Group Sales.

A staff skill can be marked as internal or external to your organisation, and you can select a labour cost per hour (hire charge) for each record to determine your costs for staffing an event.

For example, the Group Sales team at ABC Cinemas regularly gets requests for catering at their events. Waiters and waitresses are generally sourced from external companies. Depending on whether waiters or waitresses are required on a weekday or a weekend, the cost price charged to ABC Cinemas can vary. This in turn will change the price that ABC Cinemas pass onto their customers.

Hire Charge	Any configured Staff Type Hire Charge	The hire charge associated with the staff skill, as defined in Hire Charge maintenance.
Display Category	Any configured Display Category	The Display Category of the facility. You can use this to display multiple billable elements under a single category on invoices.
Staff sourced external to your organisation	cleared selected	Indicates that the staff is not an employee of your organisation, but must be sourced externally.
