Recommended practices for a secure site

Keep your site secure and encourage best behaviour from staff with the following practices:

• Change user PINs frequently.
• Have staff serve only on the POS terminal where they are logged in.
• Keep cash drawers closed between transactions, and keep keys secure.
• Keep manager PINs secure.
• Regularly check CCTV footage against POS transaction histories. 
• Have managers regularly monitor staff behaviour.
