You can manage user groups in Head Office and Cinema Manager under Maintenance > User Groups.
Staff who have similar roles can be grouped together, and each group's permissions to access and modify maintenance forms, reports, and applications can be set.
Note: This does not affect the user permissions set up using Vista Cloud's identity management system.
User Group tab
Determines access permissions that members of the user group have for viewing, editing, and creating data in Head office and Cinema Manager maintenance forms.
Assigned User Groups tab
Determines which other user groups the selected user group can modify in user maintenance.
Report Group Rights
Determines which report classes members of the user group have access to.
Application Rights tab
Determines the security settings for accessing various applications and whether members of this user group can maintain or edit these applications (or parts of applications).
