The User section of the User form (Cinema Manager > Staff > Users) contains the following details:

| Language | Determines the language of the user interface in Cinema Manager, POS, and CashDesk. |
| User number | A unique number from one to four digits. |
| User group |
A group of users that determines access permissions. |
| Cinema |
A Cinema represents a revenue centre or business unit. Commonly, this is a film exhibitor, but could also be a bar or restaurant whose revenue is tracked separately. A Site may consist of one or more Cinemas. |
| Username | A username is used in association with a password to sign in, identify, and authenticate a user. |
| Password | A password is used in association with a username to sign in, identify, and authenticate a user. |
| PIN | Four-digit personal identification number used to log into POS. |
