The Security section of the User form (Cinema Manager > Staff > Users) contains the following details:
| Option | Description |
| Security ID | The alphanumeric identifier encoded on a security device and associated with a user. |
| Fingerprint data | Indication of whether the user can log in to any relevant hardware using their fingerprint. |
| User for remote stock audit |
Allows the User profile to be used for remote stock audits from the Head Office Stock Movement inquiry. This field indicates which user account is used when auditors add a stock movement from Head Office. To complete a remote stock audit at a site, a User for Remote Stock Audit must be specified. Note: Only Active User accounts can use this option. |
| Two-factor authentication |
Enabling two-factor authentication requires you to use both your user credentials and an authenticator app to log in to several Vista applications. Note: We recommend setting up two-factor authentication for as many users as possible. |
