User form: Payroll section

The code used to identify the user in the payroll system.

Note: We recommend that the user's Payroll code and Security ID be the same.

The default wage rate for the User. This can be used to estimate staff costs, and will be the default wage rate given to the employee if there is no corresponding Rate Card record.

Note: If the user works in a work area configured with a Std Cost Rate Per Hour that is higher than this setting, that will be used as the default cost rate instead.

The default work area where the user works.

For example: A user may work in a specific area, such as Box Office or Restaurant.
