Configure different pay rates for different work times. For example, standard time and overtime.
Before you begin
- Ensure a rate card has been created for the staff in each work area.
- Select the rows corresponding to the employees and work areas whose rates you want to configure, and click .
- Enter the employee's Standard Rate.
- Enter the employee's Overtime Rates, (if any).
To enter an overtime rate directly, clear the Calculate Rate check box and type the rate of pay into the overtime rate's Hourly Rate.
To enter an overtime rate as a multiple of the standard rate, select Calculate Rate and enter the overtime rate's Multiplier.
- Click OK.
