Create sessions in bulk using Session Entry.
Create sessions for the current business week, with all properties already configured. You can review properties in the Session Entry window before completing the generation process and inserting the sessions into Showtime Manager.
Session Entry can be accessed by clicking the Session Entry button on the Showtime Manager toolbar.
Note: Session entry is only available from the Timeline view.

Allows you to select the type of sequence used in automatically generating show numbers for created sessions. Manual - created shows will be assigned with show numbers ascending from the number entered in the Start Show Numbers From field. Re-sequence - created shows will be assigned with show numbers ascending from the number entered in the Start Show Numbers From field, re-sequencing when the batch is extended for a screen that already has existing sessions scheduled. Decrement - created shows will be assigned with show numbers descending from the number entered in the Start Show Numbers From field. Once sessions have been inserted into Showtime Manager (click the Generate Sessions button), show numbers can be changed through a session's Change Session Properties window, or in Session maintenance. Note: This field is only available if the system setting UseShowNumbers is set to Y(es), R(e-sequence), or D(ecrement). |

Enter the earliest start time you are willing to have for sessions of the selected Film. Enter the latest start time you are willing to have for sessions of the selected Film. Using the Number of Shows, Snap To and Gap Between Sessions settings, Session Entry will automatically generate sessions between the Earliest and Last Start Times. Times can be entered in either 12- or 24-hour time. For example: 10:00am and 9:00pm, or 10:00 and 21:00. Note: The following three settings, Number of Shows, Snap To, and Gap Between Sessions are only available if this option is selected. |
