Restricting stock management views for cinema user groups

In Head Office, you can restrict the stock management views available to your cinema user groups.

When uploading user groups and modules from the cinema, the columns from Stocktake Entry and Reorder Worksheet are also included. You can then set the restrictions on these columns at Head Office and download them to a cinema.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > User groups and select a user group.
2. Go to Application Rights.
3. Select Restricted Column View for Stocktake Entry.
4. Select the desired Optional Visible Columns.
5. Select Restricted Column View for Reorder Worksheet.
6. Select the desired Optional Visible Columns.
