Linking a template to sites

Link a template to selected sites to apply the template's settings at the site.

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > System settings and click Link To Sites.
2. In the Linking grid on the top half of the screen, select a cell corresponding to a site or cinema group row and template column.

   The cell indicates that the template has been Linked to the selected site or cinema group.

3. To link or unlink all cinemas from a template, right-click on a cell and choose Link All Cinemas or Unlink All Cinemas.

   Once a template is linked to a site, it will be applied at that site the next time the Apply System Setting Template scheduled task is run.

Tip: In the bottom grid, you can view the value of each system setting in each template.
