Applying settings updates at cinemas

If a system setting template has been linked to your site, the Apply System Setting Template scheduled task will apply those settings at that site the next time the task runs.

1. For each site, in Cinema Manager, go to Maintenance > Task manager.
2. Select the Apply System Setting Template task, and click Schedule Wizard.
3. Edit the task parameters to suit your preferences.
4. Click Next.
5. Select Enable Task.
6. Select the Occurrence and Frequency for the task to run.
7. Click Next.
8. Review the Details of the task, and click Finish.

Tip: We recommend setting the task to be run once daily, with the FROMDATE and TODATE parameters left blank.
