To schedule sales channel updates for your ticket types, you need to enable the Update sales channels - price cards task from Head Office.

Steps

1. In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Task Manager.
2. Select Update sales channels - price cards.
3. Click Schedule Wizard.
4. Set up the task's parameters to suit your needs.
5. Click Next.
6. Define the Occurrence, Frequency, and Duration of the task.

   Warning! It's important you run this task daily, at a time that minimises its impact on Head Office and Cinema Manager. This task applies scheduled sales channel updates based on their update date. Those sales channel updates are exported to Cinema Manager by the HO Download Export task. When Cinema Manager imports the updates, it can slow down your Cinema server. We recommend running this task outside your regular business hours, but earlier than the HO Download Export task.

7. Click Next.
8. Review your options, then click Finish.
