You must add a card to the Loyalty database before you can assign it to a member. An existing card may be assigned to a member from the Members screen.

Tip: Whole boxes of cards are more easily added to the database from the Bulk Cards screen.

Steps

1. In Loyalty, go to Loyalty Admin > Members > Cards.
2. Click Add New Record.
3. Enter the details of the card. .
4. Click Save Card.
