Setting up network printers for printer routing

A Network Printer can be configured to redirect any Prepare Slips to another area.

The Redirect For Today Only option makes this method particularly useful for handling a printer being temporary out of service for repair.

1. On Printer maintenance, select a Redirect Printer.
2. (Optional) select Redirect For Today Only.

   Note: This will override the redirect settings on Workstation and Service Area maintenance.
