Use the Subscriptions page to search for subscriptions and view details of subscriptions. To find this page, go to Loyalty > Subscriptions > Overview.
The Status column displays either one of the following statuses:
- Active: Members can subscribe to the subscription.
- Inactive: Members cannot subscribe to the subscription but existing subscribers can still use their subscription benefits and recurring monthly payments are still processed.
The option to delete a subscription is enabled only if no members are subscribed to it.
