Viewing subscription history

View the subscription history for any subscriber after selecting their name on the Subscribers page in Loyalty.

The subsription history lists details of transactions to purchase or change member subscriptions, along with the following details:

• User: Contains the name of the user who made the subscription change.
• Notes: Contains the reasons and dates of subscription changes related to extensions, cancellations, holds, and price adjustments.
