Manage user groups at cinemas with the User Groups form. You can find these forms in an app's Maintenance section.
Form functionality
The User Group form functionality available to you depends on which Vista Cloud app you're using.
For example, User Group forms in Voucher Manager have only four tabs (User Group, Assigned User Groups, Report Group Rights, Application Right) whereas User Group forms in Head Office have these same four tabs, plus two more (Circuit Messaging Rights, Group Sales Security).
Additionally, the Modules available on each User Group form differ depending on which User Group form you're using.
Head Office forms
In Head Office only, you have access two versions of a User Group form:
- Head Office User Group form.
- Cinema User Group form.
The Head office User Group form is normally used for managing changes to Cinema User Groups across a circuit.
The Cinema User Group forms are normally imported to be used as templates for each type of user group across the circuit. These forms are usually only used once, during set up, and are distinct from the User Group forms access through Cinema Manager.

The settings on this tab configure which other User Groups the users in this group can modify in User maintenance.
For example: It may be appropriate to allow Managers to edit all users, but Supervisors may only edit regular users below them, and not managers above them.

For example: It may be appropriate to allow managers access to all Report Classes, but supervisors may be restricted to accessing reports in the Stock Reports group.
