To save time when working in Showtime Manager, you can copy and paste sessions from one week, day or screen to another.
Notes:
- The pasted session always has the Planned status, regardless of the status of the original copied session.
- The session's attributes are copied to the new session.
- The Assign Revenue to Future Date property is not copied between sessions.

Copying sessions to a different day or week
The Bulk copy tool allows you to copy sessions between days or weeks. You can copy all sessions, or only sessions of specific films.
Example: After programming the opening week for a blockbuster film, you can copy all sessions of that film to the following week as well.
- In Showtime Manager, open the week that you want to add sessions to.
- In the toolbar, click Bulk copy.
- Select the Planning group and Site to copy from.
- Select the Starting week to copy.
- Choose either Full schedule or Specific films.
- Choose one of the following copy methods:
- Full week: Copies the entire week to another week.
- Days: Copies specific days from one week to another.
- One to many: Copies sessions from one day to multiple days (for example, from Monday to Tuesday and Wednesday). You can use this method within the same week, or from one week to another.
- Click Next.
- Select the screens that the new sessions will play on. Use Map by screen to play the new sessions on the same screens as the originals, or Map by capacity to play them on screens of equivalent capacity. Adjust manually if required.
- Click Next. The new sessions are added to the schedule with the Planned status.
Note: If film booking periods are enforced, you cannot copy sessions outside the film's booking period.
