The same user group differs between Vista Cloud and a capability

When managing user groups, you might find user-group data differs between identity management and a Vista app.

Symptom

You might receive an error saying user group data is inconsistent.

Cause

Updates to a user group in user management or a Vista app don't automatically propagate to the other.

Solution

Update the user group manually to ensure its data is consistent between identity management and the Vista app.
