Setting up a pricing group

Group sites together so that you can set up overrides to the base price and pricing adjustments in pricing rules.

Example

Cinema A, C, and K are considered upmarket. Create a group with these three cinemas so that you can configure pricing adjustment overrides for this specific group, rather than each individual cinema.

Adding multiple cinemas to a group

1. In Vista Cloud, go to Head Office > Groups.
2. Select multiple cinemas.
3. Click Assign.
4. Choose an existing group or create and name a new group.
5. Click Save to assign the cinemas.
6. Click Save. 

Adding one cinema to an existing group

1. In Vista Cloud, go to Head Office > Groups.
2. Use the dropdown menu next to the cinema to assign the cinema to an existing group.
3. Click Save.

Managing pricing groups

1. In Vista Cloud, go to Head Office > Groups.
2. Click Manage pricing groups.
3. Search for a specific group, create a new pricing group, or delete groups as desired.
4. Click Save.

You can now use your pricing groups to override any base price and pricing adjustments set when you create a standard pricing rule.
