Define the availability for each ticket type in a pricing rule.
Steps
- Go to Head Office > Rules and click Create.
- Add ticket types.
- Under Adjust ticket-type availability, click Ticket types.

For each ticket, choose sales channels and set times and days the ticket is available.
Note: Availability set here will supersede the ticket availability setting in Ticket Type forms.
- Optional: To make a ticket type within a pricing rule available for new release periods, select New release periods.
- Apply your selections.
