Customising session card colours in Showtime Manager

The colour views in Showtime Manager are designed so you can identify the properties and status of each session at a glance. 

We've selected default colours that have high contrast, making it easier to distinguish between different sessions and properties. However, no one set of colours will work for everyone: if you are colour-blind or otherwise find the default colours difficult to separate, you can customise the colours displayed for some attributes. 

You can customise colours for the following colour views:

• Film
• Price card
• Format

Steps

1. In Film Manager or Cinema Manager, go to Showtime Manager.
2. In the toolbar, set the Colour view to Film, Price card, or Format.
3. Select a session that you want to change the colour for. 
4. The settings bar displays a coloured square next to the property that matches your current colour view. Click that square to open a colour picker. 
5. Adjust the colour as desired, then click outside the colour picker to close it. All sessions with the matching property are updated to match that colour.

Note: Your preferences are saved on this device until you clear your web browser's cache.
