Use POS Designer to create layout profiles for workstation screens. Customise layout options, including:
- The appearance of buttons and icons.
- The shapes of tables and seating areas.
- The styles of fonts and banners.
You can add background images for buttons, ticket tiles, and table layout areas from the Media Library (Cinema Manager > Maintenance). You can also use images for concession items buttons.
POS Designer also offers pre-defined layouts.
Note: Although you can change the font size, style, and colour for certain text elements in POS (for example, concession buttons), it's not possible to change these across the board, for fixed-text elements.

Quick tips
What will my profile look like in POS?
When displayed on a POS terminal, your profile will look the same as it is displayed in POS designer. However, keep in mind that standard buttons in POS, such as Sign out and Start over are displayed both to the right and below the profile.
What does 'Fix link' mean?
When Fix Link is displayed on a button, the item or promotion previously linked to that button has been made inactive. In POS, this button will not be displayed.
Click Fix Link to link a new item or promotion to that button, or delete the button.
