Accessing user data in Vista Cloud

To identify a user from your identity provider, Vista Cloud creates an internal record with the following user data:

• Email
• First name
• Last name
• User group membership (optional)

Vista Cloud will only access this data with consent of the user, which is granted when a user first signs in to a Vista Cloud tenant. Vista Cloud won't access any user data in your identity provider for users who don't sign in to Vista systems.
